The food is good for the price. Usually only one person working in the restaurant and doing take out. So service can be slow but she works really hard.
The people are so kind. The atmosphere is open and clean. I always feel welcome and am greeted as such. The food has improved to five star with less oil and no msg items.
they give you a lot of food for the price. most of the food I’ve had there is good and the owner is very friendly and talkative. some of the food isn’t that great though.. the chicken fingers are incredibly bland. they also ask you if you want mild medium or spicy food, but when you want spicy it’s never actually even slightly spicy. better general tso chicken and boneless ribs than dynasty gourmet.
Best Chinese restaurant that I have been to in the Pioneer Valley (I have tried many of them). Servings are generous yet very reasonably priced. Bonus is that the owner is very attentive and nice.
The food was great and plenty of it, but the whining child throwing a tantrum and the mom (owner) yelling was totally inappropriate. Spoiled our dinner time listening to them.
