Never answer their phone. - I have eaten there a few times, but never once have I had the opportunity to call ahead for takeout or delivery, simply because they never answer their phone (ever). This has been true since I first moved into town. - Beyond that odd thing, their food is pretty good and I would recommend them.

Delicious food, attentive staff, very kind, very clean. My husband had to step out and they kept the pizza hot for him. It was delicious.
I have never had a bad experience at this restaurant. Favorite is the salads, usually the grilled chicken and occasionally the crispy chicken. Truly outstanding. I've had everything here from their fried chicken, their salads, the pizza, the gyro, cheeseburger club, even the fish tacos were awesome. Staff is outgoing and friendly and your satisfaction is their mission. Can't say enough good things about Adamo's. My favorite place to eat in Easthampton.
