Unfortunately, I cannot comment on RCI's level and quality of service. Perhaps they do wonderful work. In my case, I called regarding a leak in my roof. I was told that they are too busy to give estimates, and would just come out and do the repair and invoice me. I called back a couple times to find out a time frame as to when they were coming out, and did not receive any calls back. After over a month of waiting, I cancelled the request, as I found another local roofer who was able to give me an estimate within a few days, and commit to completing the project within two weeks.
