Best Verizon Wireless location I've been to. They're super helpful & nice.
Friendly and helpful setting up phone without buying anything.
This location paved the way for 5 additional stores with more to come. You will not receive better service from any other Verizon Wireless location except maybe the Northampton in the Big Y Plaza

not transparent about fees. I directly asked if it would cost more to get my phone through them, was told no- and then paid an activation fee (which I thought was verizon's activiation fee). In addition, I was signed up for a insurance plan I did not order. Called, complained and no one helped.
Luckily Verizon corporation was sympathetic, they helped me so I did not have to return my phone, but essentially said do not trust this business.
